Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on Every Order
All Lumipaw orders ship for free. No minimum purchase, no hidden fees.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders are delivered within 4–8 business days, depending on your location. In total, most orders arrive within 5–11 business days from purchase.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please note that tracking information can take 24–48 hours to update after you receive it.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
All prices on our store include any applicable import duties. You won't be charged anything extra on delivery.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. During peak seasons (such as Black Friday and the holidays) or due to carrier issues, weather or other circumstances beyond our control, your order may take a little longer. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it still doesn't turn up within 3 days, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and the product, and we'll send you a replacement at no cost.
